Sean Slovenski

SEAN SLOVENSKIChief Executive Officer

Sean Slovenski was named the Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. A passionate thought leader in the healthcare and wellness industries, Sean is a proven innovator and entrepreneur with an established track record in defining and building businesses from concept to viability. Sean has demonstrated great success in building pioneering products that define and lead their market segment while being highly adept at building distribution channels on a national and international scale.

Sean has held significant senior leadership roles within the industry, most recently at Humana serving as Segment Vice President of Humana’s Health and Productivity Solutions business group. In this role, he led hundreds of employees in four industry-leading wellness businesses, aligning them into a common vision while bolstering expertise in population health and wellbeing.

Prior to joining Humana, Sean was Co-Founder and CEO of Hummingbird Coaching Services, an award-winning company known as the industry leader in online coaching and behavior management that was sold to Humana in 2010. Hummingbird Coaching Services grew out of Sean’s development and delivery of the MyHealthCoach.com online personal coaching product, one of the nation’s first large-scale wellness efforts and telephonic health coaching product lines servicing Fortune 500 clientele.

In prior roles, Sean also drove the development and operations for two of the largest health system-based Integrative Medicine and Wellness centers in the U.S. and served as CEO of HumanaVitality, the international joint venture between Humana and Discovery Health of South Africa, which was one of the largest and most proven wellness incentive companies in the industry.

Edward Kleinhans

Edward KleinhansVice President, General Counsel

Edward (Eddy) Kleinhans joined Care Innovations as Vice President and General Counsel in April 2012 after serving as the company’s acting General Counsel for 15 months. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs, including contracts management, business development, intellectual property, corporate governance and management of outside counsel and vendors. He also serves as the company’s Corporate Secretary and as an officer of Care Innovations.

As a 14-year veteran in the discipline of law, Eddy has held leadership positions across a number of industries and companies. Prior to joining Care Innovations, Eddy practiced law as an attorney at Axiom Legal Solutions, Inc. for three years, providing in-house counsel to Care Innovations, Singulex, Inc., Tethys Bioscience, Inc., Affymetrix Corporation, Intel Corporation and Beckman Coulter Corporation. From 2006 to 2008, Eddy was the Senior Director, Legal Affairs at Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He began his legal career at Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison LLP in the litigation department before transitioning to the corporate department at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and specializes in counseling on corporate matters, including business development activities, corporate governance, financings, and securities transactions.

Eddy received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with honors. He received his Juris Doctor from NYU School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California.

Kelly Fehrenbach

KELLY FEHRENBACHVice President, Chief Financial Officer,
Chief Compliance Officer

Kelly Fehrenbach is the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer with responsibility for the finance, accounting, treasury, corporate compliance, and internal audit functions. Kelly has 13 years of finance leadership and internal audit experience with various business entities within General Electric (GE) She also served more than 11 years in a variety of logistics leadership positions for the U.S. Army, where she received two Meritorious Service medals and four Army Commendation Medals.

Kelly most recently served as Manager, Commercial and Financial Planning for Care Innovations and provided critical leadership for the team, from the company’s formation through May 2012. With Kelly’s leadership, the company stood up a new financial system and completed its first external financial audit. Prior to joining Care Innovations, Kelly was CFO of a division of GE Healthcare Clinical Systems where she provided business and financial leadership and strategic planning for a global engineering, manufacturing, and distribution P&L. She also worked as an auditor on GE’s Global Corporate Audit Staff and as a Quality Engineer with GE Appliances.

Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at Westpoint and her Masters of Business Administration in International Business Management from Long Island University.

Randall Swanson

RANDALL SWANSONVice President, Chief Innovation Officer

Randy Swanson is the Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer of Intel-GE Care Innovations™. He has responsibility for corporate business strategy, innovation-centered research and program development, analytics partnership engagements, as well as marketing and corporate communications. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Business Operations, responsible for business development and operations, IT, legal, and human resources for Care Innovations.

As a 17-year Intel veteran, Randy has held a variety of finance and business development positions across numerous business groups at Intel, including Digital Health Group, New Business Group, Intel Architecture Group, and the Technology & Manufacturing Group. Randy most recently served as Controller and Director of Business Development in the Digital Health Group as an influential member of a startup team, setting the company's investment strategy and business model. Prior to this role, Randy served as the Controller of the Intel Americas' Sales and Marketing Operation Finance where he led a team responsible for revenue reporting and marketing program execution in Intel's North and South America sales and marketing group.

Randy received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Clarkson University, a Masters in Business Administration at Michigan Business School, and a Masters of Systems Engineering at the University of Michigan.
