Vision for the future

The healthcare landscape is constantly changing. Medical resources are stretched. People are living longer with chronic conditions. Seniors want to remain in their own homes as they age. Even as the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, we envision millions of people, living healthy connected lives. Care Innovations' flexible solutions connect people to their care teams and give them the confidence to live independently, wherever they call home.

What sets us apart

We offer a spectrum of solutions across the continuum of care, thinking beyond the technology to provide turnkey services, clinical insight and business consulting. Our heritage of large-scale, enterprise class deployments lends experience and stability to business and clinical transformation efforts. We solve real-world problems for those who provide and receive healthcare at home or on the go with solutions that are practical and dependable, intuitive to use, and tested to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Solutions and services

The Care Innovations™ Guide with the Care Innovations™ Connect RCM in-home application is a clinically driven, remote care management platform that helps cost-effectively manage chronic conditions from home. Care Innovations™ QuietCare® uses smart sensor technology to learn the daily activities of senior living residents, identify deviations from those patterns, and alert staff to potentially urgent situations. Care Innovations™ Connect Caregiver makes it easier to manage care at home, helping caregivers share responsibilities and easing their concerns about their loved one's well-being. Care Innovations™ Link quickly connects to trained specialists any time of day or night, getting loved ones the help they need at the press of a button.

Our commitment

We are inspired by the people who use our solutions in the personal experience called healthcare and eldercare. All our solutions are backed by our dedication to innovation, quality and superior service.
