Pre-configured patient bundles
We can bundle everything you need to run the Guide, including peripherals, cables, batteries, and network connectivity equipment. We assemble each kit to your criteria for a specific patient and/or condition, then label it and set it up for easy installation. We can ship to your central distribution hub, to our certified installation technicians, or directly to your patient’s home.
Direct-to-patient installation and training
Our certified technicians can install Guide equipment in your patient’s home. They’ll unpack everything, connect it, and get the system working. Then they’ll train the patient to use the system, and advise the clinical provider when it’s running properly.
Recovery and refurbishment
We can retrieve equipment from a patient’s home and prepare it for the next patient. We clean and disinfect the device and peripherals, replace any broken parts, replace the SD card, and delete data to help ensure privacy and your HIPAA compliance.
Patient qualification and monitoring complete the turnkey service package
Our certified clinical service providers can work with your care managers and clinicians to help you develop the criteria for qualifying patients. And whether your patients need monitoring for a few weeks or several years, we can help—we contract with industry-leading, third-party clinical monitoring services for solutions ranging from basic triage to 24x7 clinical oversight.

Your patients may need monitoring for a few days or for several years. You may not have the right staff in place to support that. Care Innovations has contracted with industry-leading, third-party clinical monitoring services, such as Advanced Telehealth Solutions and FoneMed, to provide a variety of solutions, ranging from basic triage to 24x7 clinical oversight monitoring services.
