Randy Swanson is the Chief Executive Officer of Care Innovations®. He has responsibility for corporate business strategy, innovation-centered research and program development, partner engagements, finance, quality, product operations, and human resources. In addition, he has executive-level responsibility for Corporate Compliance. Most recently, he was the Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer, focused on business strategy and innovation growth.

As a 17-year Intel veteran, Randy has held a variety of finance and business development positions across numerous business groups at Intel, including Digital Health Group, New Business Group, Intel Architecture Group, and the Technology & Manufacturing Group. Randy most recently served as Controller and Director of Business Development in the Digital Health Group as an influential member of a startup team, setting the company's investment strategy and business model. Prior to this role, Randy served as the Controller of the Intel Americas' Sales and Marketing Operation Finance where he led a team responsible for revenue reporting and marketing program execution in Intel's North and South America sales and marketing group.

Randy received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Clarkson University, a Masters in Business Administration at Michigan Business School, and a Masters of Systems Engineering at the University of Michigan.

Marcus Grindstaff is a business strategy and product technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in the high tech industry. Marcus is currently the Chief Operating Officer, and has responsibility for Care Innovations sales and operations. Prior to this role, Marcus held several roles at Care Innovations including Vice President, Sales and Market Development.

Marcus joined Care Innovations at its formation in 2011, from the Intel Digital Health Group. A 17-year Intel veteran, Marcus held a variety of positions including leadership roles in both Intel Capital and Intel's core semiconductor business. Marcus also served as the Technology Director in Intel's Ultra-mobility Office of Big Ideas, where he was responsible for building the Low Power Chipset team, delivering Intel's first low power chipset for the Atom* microprocessor.

Throughout his career, Marcus has focused on growing exceptional teams chartered with delivering strategy, technology, marketing and product execution throughout the U.S., Asia and Europe. He is also a passionate spokesperson for reforming the healthcare delivery system, and serves on the board of the National Alliance for Caregiving.

Marcus earned a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from the University of California, Davis.

Julie Cherry, RN, MSN, is the Chief Clinical Officer, with responsibility for the company's overall clinical strategy and engaging clients with consulting services to focus on care model design, population assessment, business model design, and more. Julie is responsible for all clinical aspects of Care Innovations® solutions and services development to ensure clinical and business value, as well as customer satisfaction, for healthcare systems and healthcare providers. Julie brings more than 38 years of nursing and clinical expertise to the role.

Prior to joining Care Innovations, Julie helped pioneer the first home telehealth solution for remote patient monitoring. She has worked diligently throughout her career to influence the adoption of technology-facilitated care models designed to meet the needs of the chronically ill.

Julie is an advanced practice nurse with a specialty in gerontology. She has written several publications and position papers on the impact of technology for remote patient monitoring and chronic illness management. She holds both a B.S. and an M.S. in Nursing from San Jose State University.

Bryan Pruden is the Chief Financial Officer for Care Innovations. In his role as CFO, Bryan directs all financial aspects of the business, including planning, reporting, compliance, and controls. In addition to the traditional financial roles, Bryan also directs the program office for the company where he is responsible for all customer implementations worldwide. Bryan has been with Care Innovations since shortly after the formation of the company and has been responsible for new product and platform launches across multiple markets, commercial operations, manufacturing, supply chain, customer support and Information Technology for the company. Bryan brings a passion for changing the healthcare industry through new models that leverage technology. He has spent his entire time with Care Innovations working directly with customers, clinicians and patients in the field.

Bryan joined Care Innovations with over 20 years experience in financial and operational roles in both large and small companies. Bryan has held senior positions at multiple companies that are leaders in their respective industries, including 11 years at Intel in a variety of strategic planning and leadership roles. In addition, Bryan brings the experience of holding CFO and COO roles at multiple startup companies.

Bryan received a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Mississippi and a Masters of Business Administration with honors at Indiana University. He is actively involved in his community having served in leadership roles on multiple community boards, and he is a founding member of a local charitable organization.

Himanshu Shah

Himanshu Shah serves as Care Innovations' Chief Information Officer. He is a member of the executive leadership team, which sets product and architectural strategic direction. In his role, Himanshu leads the company's information technology team, who is responsible for setting product technology plans and delivering all technology services. Those services include integration, mobile development, analytics, quality assurance, support and maintenance, as well as infrastructure and security management. Himanshu has transformed the company's information technology structure by achieving new levels of efficiency and positioning Care Innovations for organic and explosive growth; all the while sustaining the company's goal to provide patients with high-quality remote care at an affordable cost.

Prior to Care Innovations, Himanshu served as Technology Manager at Humana, managing Pharmacy Technology. Himanshu enabled organic growth to permeate deeper into the existing market, allowing the business to enter new markets. He also played an important role in the improvement of operational efficiencies, saving Humana millions of dollars each year.

Himanshu has been awarded and recognized in different organizations for his management skills, team work, perfect service attitude, and for his ability to execute and deliver.

Himanshu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology and a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University, India.
